Meditation and changing my habits


The real problem with me is to think throughoutly and fast. This is quite a challenge because I find myself distracted by my own thoughts, I could not focus on the current situations nor think fast enough. There should be a solution, I was thinking about Meditation which helps to calm me down and think deeply inside my soul. Practicing meditation is very common and it helps many people in this busy world. To have time for mediation and other activites as planning and writing, I have to wake up early and give myself an hour. It's all about changing my habits and adjust them for the better. A good habit is obtained by doing the same things over and over again for a long time enough, maybe one month at least. Everyone can have good habits, and good habits contribute to people's success. There is no doubts about it.
